Why hire me as your trainer?
Really, the question should be, why not? Who doesn’t wish to get more fit, have more endurance,
enjoy an increased level of energy, or relief from pain? Research has proven that people who
exercise with a fitness professional are more likely to achieve longer lasting, more meaningful results
and are substantially less likely to suffer injury in the process. I have worked with many clients,
both male and female, ranging in age from teens to early 70'. Each person is different, with limits on
what they can and can not do. I am very good at program design with proper progression that will
meet your needs. I will help you with posture imbalances that might me due to aging, or incorrect
exercise techniques. I enjoy training my clients with kettlebells, stability disks, resistance bands and
other equipment that i can easily take to your home, if that is where you choose to be trained.

I will help you set up a program and teach you the best way to exercise. An effective, progressive and individually designed program
is key to successful training.
The first meeting is FREE at your place or mine. This is where I will

- take body fat or girth measurements
- help you set realistic goals
During actual workout sessions you will experience:
- personalized instruction that will help you achieve your goals,
- tips to ensure you are doing exercises correctly and instant feedback on how to adjust your posture, motion, and exertion to get
maximum results and prevent injury.
- instantly adjustments on exercise if it is proving to be too advanced for you to do correctly. Likewise, I will add a difficulty
level to the exercise if it is too easy for you and isn't giving you the challenge needed.
- workouts that are fresh and fun, introducing you to using different equipment to work the same muscle groups.
- You won't get stuck in a rut.
